Larger items, such as furniture, will be sent on a pallet. Returned items must be unused and undamaged. Items sent back within 30 days of purchase are entitled for a full refund provided they are in their original condition (all brand packaging and instructions must be present). Items will be thoroughly tested. If possbile a returns label will be supplied or collection arranged. Certain items may not be returned due to health and hygiene reasons (such as used bedding products, underwear, opened packets/bottles of medicines/supplements, items containing needles, certain baby products and more).
