Hobart's SPLASH-LEX080 splash cover is designed to be used with 80-quart bowls on your HL800 or HL1400 Legacy Mixers. The cover makes certain that all of the ingredients you have placed in the bowl for mixing, continue in the bowl and not all over your commercial kitchen! The cover is manufactured using chip-resistant, clear Lexan, that lets you maintain visibility of your components as they are incorporated together. This product is made specifically to keep clean-up and maintenance to a modicum. If you have a Hobart mixing bowl, you must also have a Hobart splash cover!
